For over 50 years, our family farm has raised Angus cattle and Katahdin sheep. We also have a TN Department of Agricuture license to sell meat locally. We place particular emphasis on Rib-Eye EPD’s as we retain and finish steers to sell for meat to select customers on a seasonal basis.

Carter Angus Farms started in the 1960's in Jasper, TN by Bobby "Brad" Carter. Today Daniel and Rachel Carter raise approximately 75 registered Angus cattle and 60 Khatadin meat sheep on approximately 200 acres of pasture with 22 paddocks on 2 farms.
